Everybody goes through big challenges in life and we do our best to get back to wellbeing by ourselves. But sometimes this isn’t possible and things can get too much. As a consequence, we may experience feelings of depression, trauma, anxiety, overwhelm and all sorts of emotional suffering. That’s where I love to help.
My purpose is to help you move forward so you can live your life with a sense of ease, peace, freedom and connection.
As a Human Givens counsellor I always aim to do this in as few sessions as possible. During our sessions you will feel fully seen and heard for who you are, in the safest way possible. Every session will be tailored to meet your needs, ensuring that you will start to feel better right from the beginning.
